Beginning June 1, Meridian Health mobile health units will visit twenty community centers, libraries, and faith communities across the region. No appointment or insurance is required.

Who Should Attend
Anyone 18 or older is welcome. We particularly encourage adults who have not had a wellness exam in the past two years, or who have a family history of hypertension or diabetes.
