At Tuesday's regular meeting, the Riverbend City Council approved a $12 million street improvement bond that will fund road resurfacing, pothole repair, and sidewalk replacement over the next three fiscal years.

What Gets Fixed First

The program prioritizes the 42 lane-miles rated poor or failing in the 2024 pavement condition survey. Ward 3 and Ward 5 will see the most work in year one based on condition scores and traffic volume.

How to Track Progress

Residents can follow project progress on the city's interactive street improvement map at riverbend.example.gov/streets. Construction notices will be mailed 10 days before work begins on each block.
