Most residential permits — additions, decks, fences, HVAC — can be submitted online through the Permit Portal. Standard permits are approved within 3 business days for complete applications. The Permit Center at City Hall is also open Monday through Friday for walk-in applicants.
When is trash and recycling collected?

Most residential permits can be submitted through the online Permit Portal. The Permit Center at City Hall (100 Civic Center Drive) is open Mon–Fri 8 AM–5 PM for walk-in applicants.

Standard residential permits: 3 business days. Commercial and multi-family: 10 business days. Custom projects requiring pre-application meetings: schedule 2 weeks in advance.
